Returns

Unwanted Return
Please contact us regarding unwanted returns, we offer a 28 day return policy on all qualifying items, our customer service representative will contact you back to discus with you whether your item is eligible for a return. Please note that all box break items are NOT included and you will need to contact PokiLee on the contact page.


 

Damaged or Faulty Items

We strive to ensure all your purchases reach you in perfect condition. If you receive a delivery and the item is damaged please refuse the delivery. Where the damage is not noticeable until you open your parcel.
 

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, you may return this item to us in accordance with your statutory rights.
 

Please contact us regarding the return for advice on how to pack your return,
You can return your items purchased to our contact address on the contact page, also include your full name and address inside the package along with he order number if you have it.

Liability for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by a delayed/lost/misrouted orders
The customer is liable for all return postage costs if the customer chooses to return the item within the return period and without a fault,  unless otherwise stated by our representatives on contact.
In the case of loss or delay of an item please contact us and we will look into the matter for you. If the delay or loss is out of the customers control and/or not caused by the customer we will cover these costs.

Cancelling an order before dispatch
The customer has the right to cancel any order before it has been dispatched, simply contact us via the contact page and request a cancellation, it will be cancelled the same day and refunded back to you. The refund duration will depend on your payment method and the bank you use ( if paid via your bank )
