More information on how the live events work

Unless otherwise stated on the live stream event, the following terms apply

- Your packs will be opened when it is your turn or when you are drawn randomly depending on the event
- The queue depends on the amount of people who have purchased before you
- Feel free to ask PokiLee for the waiting times in the live stream chat
- After your packs are opened on stream they are packed ready to ship
- Shipping must be paid for your first purchase of the stream, after this you can select "already paid" so you don't have to pay for shipping again.
- All your items are posted out on a Monday - this means if you are joinin a stream again after Monday you will need to pay for shipping again as your items have already been sent out.
- You will not receive the packaging, boxes, tins, extras or code cards etc - these must be requested before the opening and may add to your shipping fees
- If you select "already paid" for shipping and you have not paid already, your cards will not be posted out, if you do not contact PokiLee within 2 weeks of the packs/items being opened and you still have not paid shipping, we will have to assume you do not want the cards and they will be placed into the giveaway box.
